Fair play to all involved in the great 10k run. Its great to work with ye all! 619 run in total, we hope to be even bigger next year.

  • James Doyle

    Hi
My name and time did not appear in the results, my number was 758 (i think).

No time for 758. It was probably a different number written on the back of the bib? I can go through the late reg forms later for you.

  • Ciaran O Donnell

Very well organised race great atmosphere and spread at the end however im very disappointed not to have had my race timed.A marshall took the chip of my trainer at the end of the run,Number 965 Ciaran O Donnell,Any idea?

  • Anonymous

I'll check that for you Ciaran.

  • Deirdre Curran

I thought the race was brilliantly organised, punctual, straightforward to register and the route was well marked, and scenic! There was a great atmosphere and I really enjoyed the day. Thanks

  • adam haughton  - great race

well organized race and food after was great. might look at improving the quality of the medal you would be surprised how proud runners are when they finish. a quality race should have a quality just an idea

  • Aidan McGee  - thanks

well organised race and highly enjoyable . great route which was fairly tough
the only complaint i have is the cost which is fairly high for a 10k, 19euro for it, and pay extra for a t-shirt. fairly steep to be honest.
but other than that i will be back next year

    Well aidan,
Glad you enjoyed our race, and we would love to have you back next year.To answer your feedback on price, we think we offer tremendous value for money,pre/post race rub, choice of fruit, bottled water at finish, as much tea, soup, sandwhiches as you can eat. And don't forget top tunes from our DJ and a really good atmosphere.
Looking forward to seeing you next year,
    10k com member.

I was running this race with pals for th Waterford Hospice. It was absolutely brilliantly organised and such a beautiful course. At every Kilometre the stewards were encouraging everyone. The soup, sandwiches and tea were a real bonus... Highly recommend this run

Excellent event, this was my third year doing the race. First one of the year for me so time was not my best. Great feed after. Will go for it again next year. Thanks

  • Clifford Guest

:D The race was great, with excellent organisation, friendly atmosphere and I appreciated the quick, free rub prior to the start of the race - it made all the difference. Thanks.

  • Christopher Cribbin

Thought the whole set up was brilliant. Great way of raising money for the club. Good challenging route! Soup was lovely to warm yourself at the end. Well done ladies & gents. See you next year. :D

  • gav

Second year to run this race and great to see the numbers were up on last year, only complaint which is small is that the water station is not well placed its on a steep climb coming into a sharp bend as it was last year so maybe move it to the 5k mark also bottles would be easier to drink from

  • Dawn

Great event. It was my 2nd year. Organisation & food brilliant. Stewards were very encouraging. Great to have soup on such a cold day. Water station is a bit too far in alright & a few people were saying the taste of flouride or something off it was pretty bad.
Was one of the better organised races I've been at, the community spirit is evident.

  • linda lawlor

:D great day and so well organised will def b back next yr.. i agree wit the medal should be a bit better quaility was the very same medal as last yr!! but loved the whole ting will be doin again nex yr :D

  • Joan Ward  - Well done to everyone! .

Well done Michael and all of your team! That was a very well run event. The route is fabulous in terms of scenery. The stewards were so friendly and supportive and what about the catering staff! Brilliant. Our group raised well over €15,000 for Waterford Hospice and so well done to all my gang too! Margaret would approve!

  • mandy byrne

Great race very well organised the water station could have been a bit closer to the 5k mark or just after it i really enjoyed it.

  • Anon  - Water

    Hi,
Great day, well organised by all involved.
Helpful feedback - Gagged on water at water station, tasted of bleach.

    Thanks.

  • andrew cummins

    :x
great race good day will be back nxt year. at the entry fee you might jazz up the t shirt a bit. keep ahead of the competition. thanks

  • Caitriona cosgrave

Very well organised race. Route more challenging than you would expect, but came back after last year. No need for medal in my opinion. Would prefer to see cost of race lower...15 euro perhaps? Didn't stay for foood so can't comment on that aspect. Well done!

  • J. Buggie

To all who were involved in the organisation of the Heath 10k, thank you! It was a fantastic event, extremely well organised and had a wonderful atmosphere. All queries were responded to very swiftly before the race and on the day, it ran like clock work! Thanks a million for a first 10k run experience.

  • Dawn H

:D Great day! Well organised event. From registration, lovely race route to post-race refreshments, everything was spot on! Will be back next year! Thanks :)

  • Enda Ryan  - Thanks

This was my first 10K run so I was really looking forward to doing it and I wasn't disappointed. The organisation was very good, the course was really nice and the setup at the clubhouse was great, I stuffed myself with tea and sandwiches afterwards :D I did think the water station could have been at the 5K mark because I was feeling the need by the time I got to it - maybe that's just because it was my first 10K!! All-in-all I really enjoyed the whole thing and intend to be back again next year. Keep up the good work!

  • Ciara O'Dwyer

Great race, really enjoyed it! One of the best organised i've been at! Lovely scenic course, soup and sambo's a great idea and much appreciated after the run! Good quality tshirts too. Didn't avail of the pre and post rubs but great idea!
Water station was bit too far in and at an awkward spot. Also medals could have been bit better quality!
Overall though, thoroughly enjoyed it! Well done!

  • Sean

Well done to all involved - nice course, great time of the year for a rum and the soup was good

  • Sean

That should have read run but maybe you might think about some rum for next year

  • Colm Glynn

A very enjoyable day, which was very well organised I thought. Well done to all involved.

  • Jody Gilhooly  - Really superb event

Thanks to all at the Heath Gaa for brilliantly organising a great race. I think the value for money was fantastic. I would actually have no problem paying €30 for what we got. Great route and impecable organisation. Well done!!

  • Enda

This feedback idea is very good too!

  • Barbara White  - Great organisational skills

Well done to all involved. One of the best organised races I've run in and a great sense of community spirit. Thanks to the marshalls too for all their words of encouragement!

It looks like Social Status and Sneakersnstuff have joined forces to deliver the next collaborative adidas UltraBOOST. A possible installment of adidas Consortium’s Sneaker Exchange, the Three Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 Turtle Dove Stripes silhouette incorporates a selection of premium materials such as leather on its tongue tabs and lining in Mbt Shoes addition to suede along its lacing cage. The model plays the canvas to black and white contrasts throughout New Yeezys while its midsole stays true to the BOOST Technology’s usual white coloring. There’s no official word on its expected Cheap Birkenstocks launch date or if it is officially a part of adidas Consortium’s Sneaker Exchange offering, but stick with Mbt Sho...
